In order for us to learn more about you, please fill out this form which will help us understand where you are on your Jewish journey and if you are ready to officially begin your process with the clergy of Temple Beth-El. Upon review of your submission, a staff person will be back in touch to advise you about next steps.

While we are excited for you to formalize your conversion journey, please understand that clergy reserve the right to determine whether any given candidate is ready to officially become Jewish at Temple Beth-El.

* Why are you interested in becoming Jewish? What has brought you to Judaism?

* Why are you interested in conversion through the Reform Movement?

* Have you been to services at Temple yet? (If not, please attend services, which are Friday at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 10:30am.)
