Memorial Plaques are located in the back of the Wulfe Sanctuary and are engraved with the individual’s name and their date of death. The total cost per name is $1,800. 

When a name is inscribed on a plaque, the person will be remembered in perpetuity by having their name:

• Included on our Yahrzeit Memorial list
• Read yearly during Shabbat Services closest to the anniversary of their death
• Included in our Book of Remembrance on Yom Kippur

If you wish to have a name(s) engraved, please complete the information below, you will receive an emailed copy of your submission and Temple staff will follow up with you as necessary. If you wish to reserve a space/plaque for the future, please leave the date blank.
