Every Sunday, take a mindful pause with free, online yoga and meditation classes guided by Ami Gordon. Rooted in Jewish Spirituality, these classes offer a calming, soulful way to close your week.

🧘 10–11 am: Yoga
🪬 11–11:30 am: Meditation

Each class is designed to awaken spiritual presence through breath and body. We’ll ground ourselves, open to deeper mindfulness, and prepare body and mind to receive the gifts of Jewish wisdom. You’re welcome to take part in the full experience—or simply join for yoga or meditation as you prefer.

Once a month, this experience moves in person at Temple Beth-El, where we gather as community in practice and reflection. (Sept 21, Oct 19, Nov 16 are the in-person classes at Temple).

Classes are open to all levels, including beginners. If you have any questions or concerns, we can provide advance guidance and modifications—including pose adjustments and prop recommendations—to make the practice accessible and comfortable for you.

Come move, breathe, and reflect with us—a journey of body, mind, and spirit through Jewish wisdom.

About Ami Gordon

Ami Gordon is a partner at Golden Steves & Gordon, LLP. She is also a passionate and inspiring teacher of movement practices whose work weaves together the threads of Jewish mysticism, embodied movement, and sacred time. Drawing on her deep knowledge of the Hebrew calendar and the wisdom of Torah, Ami brings a unique spiritual lens to her teaching, inviting students to explore Judaism through the integrated practices of yoga, mindfulness, and dance.

As an experienced yoga instructor and dancer, Ami infuses her sessions with presence, grace, and intention, creating space for deep connection to self, tradition, and the Divine. Her teaching is grounded in both heart and intellect, reflecting her multifaceted background as an attorney and founder of DaisyCares, a San Antonio-based nonprofit dedicated to pet welfare and education.

Through her embodiment practices, Ami helps individuals attune to the rhythms of Jewish time and cultivate a more embodied, soulful approach to spiritual practice.
