Feb. 2nd, 2025: Feeling all the Feels: Judaism is a religion filled with emotion that can be found in Torah, Jewish ritual, liturgy and of course life cycle events. When we feel things, it attaches personal meaning and elevates whatever we are experiencing. We as Jews feel things deeply and strive to bring the “heart” to all that we do. This session will explore the Jewish texts, insights and practice behind the emotions of fear, regret, sadness and love.

Mar. 30th, 2025: Believe it or Not: We will look at some of the wild, wacky, and wonderful practices of Judaism including some modern day rituals that may inspire you in new ways.
